Precision Toilet Training was founded by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for helping neurodivergent individuals achieve greater independence and dignity through evidence-based toilet training. Our team specializes in behavior-analytic methods, delivering individualized, intensive support tailored to each learner’s unique needs, preferences, and challenges. With years of experience across hundreds of learners of all ages, we know that success starts with meeting people where they are — literally. That’s why we provide hands-on training in the home, giving both learners and their families the opportunity to build real, lasting skills in the environments that matter most. Every consultation is delivered with compassion, respect, and a commitment to improving quality of life for everyone involved.

Bringing Experience, Compassion, & Results
Meet the Founder
I'm Eric Shafarman, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience helping children and families build essential life skills through evidence-based procedures, with compassionate support. I hold a B.S. in Applied Psychology from New York University and an M.A. in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.
Since beginning my career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2014 in California, I have served in roles from direct staff to clinical director, including leading centers in Dubai, London, and Germany. My expertise includes increasing independence, communication, and safety, with a specialized focus on toilet training programs.
My connection to this work began at home. I grew up with a sister with special needs, and after becoming a BCBA, I had the privilege of guiding her through toilet training as an adult. That experience reinforced for me how profoundly this skill can improve independence, dignity, and daily life—not just for the individual, but for their family as well. I bring that same dedication and perspective to every family I work with, helping them reach their goals with empathy, patience, and proven strategies.
